WHY WE’RE ASKING FIRST

Creation should solve a real gap.

There is already more than enough product in the world. Maison does not need to manufacture something simply because it can.

The goal of The Maison Lab is to listen before producing: identify what people repeatedly struggle to find, understand what is missing from the products that already exist, then decide whether Maison can create something more useful, more distinctive, or more personal.

Strong ideas may move into sketches, prototypes, material tests, community voting, small-batch releases, made-to-order pieces, or preorder-first drops. Not every suggestion becomes a product. Every suggestion can teach us something.
